We loved how clean and spacious our room was, and the attentive breakfast staff made sure we started our day right. You can easily walk to parks like Aspen Grove Park and all the nearby restaurants, making it perfect for weekend city strolls and discovering landmarks.

The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly, making my stay enjoyable. However, I encountered issues with room cleanliness, and the breakfast options could be improved. This hotel is great for families due to the convenient location and spacious rooms.

we loved our stay at holiday inn! the location was perfect—close to restaurants and the mall without the hustle of downtown nashville. the rooms were very clean, and those pillows were the best we've ever had! the staff, especially chris and cynthia, made us feel right at home.

just a small note, a stronger focus on pool towels would be great.

I loved the contemporary design of the Holiday Inn Franklin, Cool Springs, An Ihg Hotel, which made the common areas inviting and accessible. The staff were particularly kind, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The room had air conditioning, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. Super comfy seating area with a sofa and nice linens. The bathroom was private with free toiletries, a hairdryer, and towels. Fitness center was clean and handy. Close to the Galleria for food and shopping, a big plus!

The decor was modern and welcoming, creating a homey atmosphere. I appreciated the thoughtful design features, including ramps at entrances, making it easy for seniors to navigate the hotel comfortably.

My stay at Holiday Inn was marked by exceptional service, especially from GM Stephanie, manager Matt, and Lourdes from housekeeping, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The front desk staff was friendly, the location was convenient for my business needs, and the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness overall.

There was a lingering odor in the hotel that was quite off-putting.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the Galleria and a quick drive to downtown Nashville. Kids under 11 eat free, which was a major plus. The staff were super welcoming and the rooms were clean and spacious! Definitely recommend it.

However, one downside was that the toilet seat in our room was loose and needed fixing, which should have been noticed by housekeeping.

The room was spacious and super comfortable. I loved the four pillows on the bed, made it so cozy to sleep. Everything felt clean and fresh too. The bathrooms were stocked well, but I could’ve used more towels. It’s also nice that it was quiet, even being close to the interstate.

Staff provided excellent service, especially Chris and Cynthia. Room cleanliness could improve. found some spots needing attention.
